Vendor set up begins. NO vendor placements will be allowed before 5:00 PM on Friday. This event is on the streets and streets will not be closed to normal daily traffic before 5:00 PM.

All vehicles unloaded and out of the area by 7:30 AM, no exceptions. We cannot have vehicles and pedestrians in the same areas.
